The Lowlands
GLENKINCHIE 16
Aromatic, vanilla, cut flowers and beneath, a clean, toasty note. Increasingly sweet and creamy with fresh citrus, lemon cheesecake. Crisp mid-palate then butter icing, lemon cheesecake and fressias. Herbal and drying, a little like potpourri.
Islay
BOWMORE 12 YEAR 12
Creamy and smooth on the tongue, offering a blend of ashy smoke, dark chocolate, and warm, honeyed malt. The sherry influence brings out notes of dried fruit and grilled pineapple. Medium in length, providing a lingering warmth that slowly fades from coastal saltiness to a slightly herbaceous, sweet smoke.
BUNNAHABHAIN 12 YEAR 12
Fresh and aromatic, fruity and floral with hints of dried fruit. Light with fruit notes, nutty flavors with a sweetness and slight hints of vanilla and caramel. Long and lingering, rich, full-bodied, and a hint of sea salt.
LAGAVULIN 8 YEAR 10
Charred with minty, dark chocolate. Beautifully balanced mid-palate then salty, oven-charred baked potato skins and smoke. Water rounds things, the taste still mighty, yet more succulent, sweeter, spicier, and now tongue-tingling, mint-fresh and warming.
LAGAVULIN 16 YEAR 24
Intense peat smoke with iodine and seaweed, and a rich, deep sweetness. Dried fruits sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong, barley-malted flavors, warming and intense. Peppery smoke. Huge, long, warming and peppery with a distinct appetizing sweetness.
LAPHROAIG 10 YEAR 12
Huge smoke, seaweed, medicinal, with a hint of sweetness. Full-bodied. Surprising sweetness with hints of salt and layers of peatiness. Lingering flavor.
The Highlands
DALMORE CIGAR MALT RESERVE 28
Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, and finessed in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques and Gonzalez Byass Sherry casks, which have previously contained 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry. Tropical fruits, banana toffee, and vanilla ice cream on the palate. Orange zest, dark chocolate, and crushed spices on the finish.
GLENMORANGIE QUINTA RUBAN PORT 14 YEAR 14
Velvety and smooth, delivering a rush of dark chocolate-coated walnuts, mint, and balanced Autumnal fruits, underscored by a touch of baking spice. Lingering traces of citrus.
OBAN 14 YEAR 18
Known as the perfect “bridge” whisky, marrying the rich, fruity sweetness of the Highlands with the gentle peat and maritime saltiness of the Islands. Full-bodied and coating, with notes of dried fig, honeyed spice, and a distinctive coastal brine that balances the malted sweetness.
Speyside

Aromas of red apple. Sherried character, fruit balanced with rich chocolate. Warm and lingering, sweet and spicy.

Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla.
GLENFIDDICH 12 YEAR 12
Distinctively fresh and fruity with a hint of pear. Beautifully crafted and delicately balanced. Develops into butterscotch, cream, malt, and subtle oak flavors.
GLENFIDDICH 14 YEAR 14
Vibrant vanilla notes, hints of citrus, caramelized brown sugar and cinnamon. Baked apple and ripe Summer fruits, and balanced with the rich oaky aromas.
GLENFIDDICH 15 YEAR 15
Creamy, floral, spicy black pepper, luscious gentle fruit flavors. It is non-chill filtered to protect its subtle flavors.
GLENFIDDICH 18 YEAR 20
A remarkably rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak. Richly delivers luxurious dried fruit, candy peel and dates. Overlaid with elegant oak notes.
THE GLENLIVET 12 YEAR 12
Aromas of honeysuckle and Summertime fruits, along with notes of fresh pineapple and bitter cocoa on the palate. Rich, creamy finish filled with lasting touches of hazelnuts and marzipan.
THE GLENLIVET 14 YEAR 14
Aromas of honey and apricot, along with notes of cinnamon bread. Succulent mandarins, poached pears and chocolate dipped raisins. Smooth and luscious.

Deep gold in color, and leaves behind traces of sweet almond and spice.

Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

Full bodied palate of mature oak, ginger and raisin flavors is complimented by a light mahogany natural color.
Scotland is split into five distinctive whisky-producing regions. The same basic process is used to produce whisky across the country, but subtle variations mean single malts from each region have unique characteristics and flavors. Single malts are the product of a single distillery, with malted barley as the only grain ingredient.
Speyside
Speyside gets its name from the River Spey, which cuts through this region and provides water to many of the distilleries. Despite its relatively small area, Speyside is home to more than half of the operating distilleries in Scotland. Speyside Scotch is considered to be the most complex and offers sweet aromas and rich flavor profiles.
Highlands
The Highlands is by far the largest regions in Scotland both in area and in whisky production. Given the expansive area, there is a reasonably wide range of styles from this region from the light and fruity styles of the Southern Highlands to the more spicy and full bodied styles of the Northern Highlands.
Lowlands
Only three distilleries continue to operate in this Southern most area in Scotland: Auchentoshan, Blandoch and Glenkinchie. The whisky’s produced in this area are considered the most light bodied of all single malt scotches.
Islay
This region is known for its peaty and strong flavored whisky. The single malts produced here are briny and smoky and extreme due to extremities of the sea that surround the area.
Campbeltown
There are only three remaining distilleries that are active in this region: Glengyle, Glen Scotia and Springbank. Scotches from this region have a heavy sea influence and one can detect the salt and brine as well as the peat that’s used in the whisky production.
