Spanning 8,000 square feet, The Farm boasts dozens of varieties of vegetables and herbs, all cultivated to enhance the seasonal dining experience. The Chefs at McWethy’s Tavern skillfully incorporate these ingredients, bringing creative, delicious dishes straight to your table.
We practice biodynamic farming, which involves using all organic inputs and no chemicals, along with Integrated Pest Management methods, crop rotation, and companion planting. Our plants begin their journey from seed in our solar greenhouse, ensuring the highest quality from start to finish.
Our specialty varieties are chosen for their unique aesthetics and flavor profiles, harvested at their peak maturity to provide the best taste experience.
Additionally, we have 10 honey bee hives in our apiary, providing us with seasonal honey harvests that add a sweet touch to our food and beverage offerings.
We are also thrilled to announce the addition of our own flock of chickens! With over 60 hens now laying eggs, Chefs’ dishes feature farm-fresh eggs, adding even more depth and flavor to their culinary creations.
