Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about technique and having fun! In this month's class, we're making six separate recipes that come together for a beautiful fiesta buffet.

Once all the dishes are assembled and the smells of Mexico abound, students can relax and enjoy the delicious feast AND a unique lunch experience overlooking the Mistwood Golf Club golf course. To add the final touch, we're making Margaritas for everybody!
